How do I pay?
Place your order and choose how to pay: a BML or MIB transfer in MVR, a BML transfer in USD, or USDT (Tether) on BNB Smart Chain, Polygon or Ethereum. Send the exact amount shown — we watch the account or the network and match it automatically; telling us you have sent it is optional.
Can I pay in USD or USDT?
Yes, when every item in your order has a USD price. Use the MVR | USD switch at the top to browse in either currency; the payment method you pick on the pay page sets the final amount. For USDT, send only USDT on the network you chose — other coins or networks can be lost.
How fast is delivery?
Stocked items are delivered the moment your transfer is matched, usually within a minute. Items marked “delivered manually” arrive within the time shown on the product.
Where do I find my code?
We SMS you an activation link for every unit. You can also open every item any time from My orders after signing in with your phone number.
My payment was not matched
Bank: check that you sent the exact amount from an account in the name you gave us, then wait a few minutes — we keep checking every hour for 3 days. USDT: exchange withdrawals can take up to 30 minutes; we watch your address live for 15 minutes and then hourly for 3 days. If it still shows “verifying”, our team confirms payments manually during the day. You can call or SMS us with your order number.
Can I get a refund?
Digital codes cannot be returned once revealed. If a code does not work, contact us within 24 hours with a screenshot and we will sort it out.
